Prairie Gold started with a single question: what if a pretzel could be more than just a game-day afterthought? What if it could be something worth savoring — something with character, crunch, and a story worth telling?
We set up shop in the heart of North Omaha and began turning out small batches of pretzels and popcorn the way our grandmothers would have — slowly, carefully, and with ingredients you can actually pronounce. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just flour, water, salt, butter, and a whole lot of patience.
Today, every twist, every toss, and every sprinkle still happens by hand. Every flavor is tested, tasted, and approved in our own kitchen before it ever reaches your bag. That's the Prairie Gold difference — and it's the only difference that matters.
